1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for SP@CE events and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Event Registration & Payments

• All event registrations are subject to availability
• Payment must be completed within the specified time frame
• All payments are non-refundable once confirmed
• Event details may change with prior notice

3. Membership & Participation

• CT (Computer Technology) students are eligible for full membership
• Other department students can participate as participants
• Members and participants must maintain respectful conduct

4. Refund Policy

Important: All fees paid for events, workshops, or any SP@CE services are strictly non-refundable. This includes but not limited to:

• Event registration fees
• Workshop participation fees
• Any other service charges

5. Code of Conduct

• Respect all members and participants
• No harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Follow event guidelines and instructions

SP@CE Privacy Policy
